Alanna Hughes graduated from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service in 2008 with a major in regional and comparative studies focusing on Latin America and South Asia. She also received a certificate in international development. Alanna participated in the Berkley Center’s Junior Year Abroad Network while studying in São Paulo, Brazil during spring 2007.
