Aileen Lambert

Aileen Lambert is the program manager for campus free speech at PEN America. Prior to PEN, Lambert oversaw LGBTQIA+ Programs and Initiatives at the University of Mississippi, where she designed and implemented workshops, events, and guest speakers as well as consulted on policy to support inclusivity of gender and sexual minorities. Her background in theater and the arts informs how she wrestles with the questions of how to engage, how to advocate, and how to disagree in contemporary society. She holds a B.A. with honors from Wesleyan University.
