Edan Kauer (C'28) is an undergraduate student in the College of Arts & Sciences. She plans to major in government with a minor in justice and peace studies. In the past, Edan has worked as a summer intern for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and continues to work on the executive board of BridgeUSA-D.C. on campus. She is passionate about raising awareness on the injustices of the criminal legal system and creating spaces of open dialogue to protect academic and intellectual freedom. She is a member of the 2026 Doyle Dialogue Fellows cohort.
