Jennifer Rosales is the vice president for inclusion and engaged learning and the chief diversity officer at Barnard College, where she is also the inaugural executive director of the Center for Engaged Pedagogy (CEP). She provides academic leadership and vision for teaching and learning at the CEP and Barnard College, guiding and expanding the college's commitment to inclusive and engaged pedagogy. Previously she was the director of research and evaluation at the Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching and Service at Georgetown University.
