Nelly Kalukango (SFS’26) is an undergraduate student in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Qatar, majoring in culture and politics with a focus on women, religion, and development. Originally from Zambia, Nelly is passionate about youth empowerment & sustainable education reform. She is a past Gwendolyn Mikkell Award for Womxn's Empowerment Recipient, has interned with the Zambian Embassy in Doha and supported campus operations through various roles in events and facilities. A content creator, Nelly uses storytelling to advocate for social change and share her journey studying abroad. As a member of the 2023-2024 Doyle Global Dialogue cohort, she was excited to engage in meaningful conversation about life as an international student and cultural exchange, sharing experiences as well as learning from others. She is also a member of the 2025 Human Fraternity Fellows Program.
